Respondent Jay E. Adolf was admitted to the practice of law *383in New York by the Appellate Division, Second Department, on March 17, 1965, under the name Jay Edward Adolf. At all times pertinent to this proceeding respondent has maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
