Respondent Samuel Konigsberg was admitted to practice as *336an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Second Judicial Department, on September 23, 1981. At all times relevant herein, respondent maintained an office for the practice of law within the First Judicial Department.
