SNYDER, Judge.

This is an appeal from a circuit court judgment which affirmed the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) that claimant is disqualified from receiving benefits until after he has earned wages equal to ten times his weekly benefit amount under § 288.050.1 of *503the Missouri Employment Security Law, RSMo 1978.1
