Mid-Missouri Mental Health Center (MMHC) appeals from the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (the Commission) awarding unemployment compensation benefits to Tammy Polston, the respondent, under § 288.040, RSMo Supp.1997.

In its sole point on appeal, MMHC claims that the Commission erred in deciding that the respondent was not disqualified from unemployment compensation benefits under § 288.050.1, RSMo Supp. 1997, because she voluntarily left her full-time employment with MMHC without good cause and had not yet earned wages for insured work…
