This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ motioil for a preliminary injunction and Defendants’ motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) and/or preliminary injunction. Having heard arguments of counsel, and upon consideration of the parties pleadings and written submissions, the Court hereby grants Plaintiffs’ motion and denies Defendants’ motion.
