This action was filed in state court and removed to this court on federal question and diversity grounds. Plaintiff has moved to remand. I grant the motion.

Background

Plaintiff is the personal representative of two estates. In his amended complaint, as filed in state court prior to removal, plaintiff asserted the decedents were fraudulently induced to buy burial insurance.
