SHANNON, Judge.

This appeal is from a decree dismissing the amended complaint with prejudice. The appellant was the plaintiff in the court below and the appellees were the defendants.

The plaintiff filed an amended complaint seeking a temporary mandatory injunction requiring the defendants to remove all obstructions from what it alleged was a public road and also, in a final hearing sought a permanent injunction against the defendants.
