Martha McSwain and others, complainants, filed their bill of complaint in the Chancery Court of Perry County against Dandy Griffin, Jr., defendant, seeking to establish a constructive or resulting trust in their favor in and to a 40-acre tract of land purchased by the defendant from the State of Mississippi under a forfeited tax land patent dated March 30, 1939.
