Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him following a jury trial of assault in the second degree (Penal Law § 120.05 [2]) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree (Penal Law § 265.03 [2]). Defendant contends that reversal is required because the People failed to provide him with Brady material.
