*918Appeal from, a judgment of the Orleans County Court (James P. Punch, J.), rendered November 7, 2005. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of promoting prison contraband in the first degree and unlawful possession of marihuana.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from be and the same hereby is unanimously affirmed.
