Defendant-appellant, Jeffrey A. Estep, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court finding him guilty of driving while under the influence of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(4).

On January 24, 1990, defendant was arrested and charged not only with driving while under the influence of alcohol in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1), but also with speeding, weaving, disorderly conduct and drug abuse.
