The life beneficiary excepts to that finding of the referee which approves of the transfer from income to principal account of $150 per year, aggregating $1,350, to make good the principal moneys used in the payment of a premium upon the purchase of United States Government bonds, the purchase of which was expressly authorized by the testator.
