This case arises under the Truth-in-Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. (1976 & Supp. IV 1980). Plaintiff-appellee Elizabeth Brown brought suit against defendant-appellant National Permanent Federal Savings and Loan Association alleging that it failed to make statutorily required material disclosures in connection with a loan made to her and secured by a deed of trust upon her home.
