STORY, Circuit Justice.
It does not appear to me that there is any real difficulty in the present case. The bill asserts an equitable lien against cei-tain shipments, and the proceeds thereof, in the hands of Mr. Morey, as assignee in banki-uptcy of Messrs. Read & Co., under an agreement stated in the bill, and admitted by the answer, as security for advances made by the plaintiffs under the *270-same agreement.
