I must respectfully dissent. First of all, for clarification purposes, I find it necessary to comment on the paragraph in the majority *172opinion concerning an auditor’s professional qualifications. This paragraph is simply not involved in this case, has no place in the opinion, and demonstrates no more than a desperate attempt by the majority to justify its holding in this matter, which is truly against the facts.
