We abated oral argument in this appeal after Plaintiff-Appellant’s counsel was disbarred. Upon notification from Plaintiff-Appellant that he will not seek replacement counsel and that he wishes to have his appeal considered on the record, we ordered this matter submitted for disposition on the briefs.
