BUFORD, J.:

This appeal brings for review a decree enjoining the levying of an execution or otherwise attempting to enforce a judgment of the Civil Court of Record of Dade County, Florida, and holding the judgment to be null and void.

The record shows that on March 2, 1942, Eugene Hanlon commenced an action against Southeastern Construction Company, a corporation, and Seaboard Surety Company, a corporation, in the Civil Court of Record in and for Dade County, Florida, case No. 24067, claiming damages in the sum of $4,000.00.
