Statement.

Brown, J.

This ease is before us on appeal from the final decree and several interlocutory decrees in a proceeding for partition brought in the Circuit Court for Madison County.

On the 18th day of May, 1918, H. Lovett, a citizen and resident of Madison County, Florida, died seized of certain lands, the description of which appears in the bill of complaint. At the time of his death, H. Lovett was also seized of an undivided two-thirds (2/3) interest in certain other lands, which were the property of a partnership consisting of H. Lovett and his son, D.
