Alfredo Torres was convicted of one count of distribution of five grams or more of methamphetamine, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B), after law enforcement officers conducted a controlled buy using a confidential informant (“Cl”). I R. Docs. 21 & 59. Mr. Torres received a sentence of seventy months’ imprisonment, followed by five years’ supervised release. I R. Doc. 64.
