The Board of Education, by exceptive assignments of error, challenges the court’s findings of fact, insisting that the court should have found from the evidence that $128,500.00 was necessary as a Current Expense fund; that $62,000.00 was necessary as a Capital Outlay fund; and that each item in its budget and included in these totals was necessary for the maintenance of the public schools of the county for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1953.
