Plaintiff, a girl about twelve years of age, brings this suit by her curator, designated in the record as guardian, for personal injuries alleged to have been inflicted by reason of defendant’s negligence in the manner of assisting or causing her to alight from defendant’s passenger train at Williamsville, Missouri.
