Jill Janezich brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) denying her application for disability insurance benefits and Social Security Insurance (“SSI”) under the Social Security Act, (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
