This is an appeal from a decree in equity of the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Georgia, dismissing the bill or petition for want of equity. The suit was originally brought in the superior court of Eulton county, Ga., and was removed to the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Georgia by the appellee, the Eederal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
