HATHAWAY, Judge.

United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company (USF&G), surety on a mortgage broker bond in the penal sum of $5,000.00, appeals from an amended judgment against it on this bond and in favor of plaintiffs-appellees Alfred Bross and Harold and Helen Rudolph. Joined as defendants with USF&G in this action were Kenneth Seiler, the named principal on the bond, Ray Stafford, his partner in the firm of Triken Enterprises, and Walter Prideaux.
