On December 29,2005, the plaintiff, Alfred Caucci, allegedly slipped and fell on patch of ice while exiting his 2004 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck in the parking lot at the Crossings Outlet Stores in Tannersville, Pennsylvania. Defendants, Chelsea Pocono Holdings LLC and Chelsea Pocono Finance LLC are the owners and managers of the premises.
