SATPIRE, Judge.

This is an action brought by the plaintiff against the defendants for damages for malicious prosecution. The complaint alleges that the defendant People’s Department Store is a domestic corporation, and that the defendants Gordon Savran and Haskel Cohodes were officers, employees and managing agents of said corporation.
