MEMORANDUM DECISION

The matter before this Court is a motion for reconsideration brought by counsel for the Debtor, Sunil Parikh, (the “Debtor”) & his wife Meena Parikh (collectively the “Parikhs”) regarding this Court’s May 29, 2008 decision. The following constitutes this Court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law as mandated by Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7052.
