The appellees, W. C. Bryan and Newell Bryan, instituted this suit in the district court of Lubbock county, Tex., against H. L. Johnston, Citizens’ National Bank of Lubbock, and the Automobile Ei-nance Company.
Appellees allege:
That H. L. Johnston, the sheriff, and the Citizens’ National Bank of Lubbock, Tex., are both resident citizens of Lubbock county, Tex., and that the Automobile Finance Company, the appellant herein, is a private corporation, with its legal residence in Galveston county, Tex.
