I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Sheila R. Douglas (“Douglas”) initiated this action against her employer, Defendant E.G. Baldwin and Associates (“Baldwin”), claiming she was not offered an equivalent position when she returned from her maternity leave, in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act.
