The complaints in the above-entitled cases were brought against the United States, under the Federal Tort Claims Act, Title 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b), for damages resulting from the crash of a T-33 jet trainer owned by the United States and loaned to the New Hampshire Air National Guard.
