The appeal in this case is prosecuted from an order of the Circuit Court, denying a motion of appellant to quash the execution and set aside the judgment rendered by confession in vacation against appellant in favor of appellee, on the 25th day of December, 1891, commonly called Christmas; it was for §620 and costs, and was entered by the clerk as is provided by statute in such cases, Messrs. Mcllduff & Torrance appearing for the appellee in the suit. Execution on the judgment was issued on the same day.
