Em Satterwhite was convicted in the Auburn Municipal Court of criminal trespass in the third degree, a violation of §13A-7-4, Ala. Code 1975,1 for an incident that occurred on December 9, 2002, on the premises of Hastings Entertainment, Inc. ("Hastings"), a book and video store in Auburn.
