Lisa A. Carter appeals from a judgment of conviction for first-degree recklessly endangering safety as a habitual offender and hit-and-run involving death contrary to §§ 941.30(1), 939.62 and 346.67(1), Stats. She additionally appeals from the trial court order denying postconviction relief. On appeal, Carter contends that the evidence does not support the conviction for hit-and-run in violation of § 346.67.
