The appellee sued the appellants, Crystal Cubés of Stone Mountain, Inc., and James Nations, seeking to enforce a settlement agreement. The appellants bring this appeal from the grant of the appellee’s motion for summary judgment.
The salient facts are not in dispute. On February 24, 1989, the parties entered into an agreement whereby the appellee purchased the assets of the appellants’ business.
