MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BUCHWALD, District Judge.
Plaintiff Holly McMunn brings this action against defendant Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (“Memorial”) alleging disability discrimination in violation of, inter alia, the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). We have previously denied a motion by Memorial for summary judgment. See McMunn v. Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Ctr., 2000 WL 1341398, at *4 (S.D.N.Y.
