This action involves intellectual property rights related to the Harry Potter series of books, which were written, published, and marketed by plaintiffs/counterclaim defendants (“plaintiffs”). Plaintiffs Scholastic, Inc. (“Scholastic”), J.K. Rowling (“Rowling”), and Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. (“TWE”) seek (i) a declaratory judgment that they have not infringed and are not infringing any of defendant/counterclaim plaintiff Nancy Stouf-fer’s (“Stouffer’s”) copyrights or trade marks; and (ii) injunctive relief barring Stouffer from continuing…
