The action in the case of Mann v. Poole was commenced on the 21st of June, 1892, by the plaintiffs on behalf of themselves and of all others, credit*71ors of the defendant, J. T. Poole, who should thereafter come in and seek relief under said action, and contribute to the expenses thereof, for the purpose of having a deed of assignment made by said Poole to N. B.
