(dissenting) : I think that the order of his Honor, Judge Featherstone, should be reversed for the following reasons:
The action is for the purpose of setting aside certain deeds executed by the defendant, C. B. Edwards, to various parties, upon the ground that they are fraudulent and void under the Statute of Elizabeth and under the Assignment Act.
