Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Rensselaer County) to review a determination of respondent which suspended and revoked petitioner’s registration to operate a family day care home.

In 2004, respondent approved petitioner to operate a family *1066day care home (see Social Services Law § 390). In November 2011, after two children, ages 13 and 11, were inadvertently left unsupervised for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, respondent notified petitioner of its decision to immediately suspend and to revoke her day care…
