Plaintiff Charlene Talarico has filed this putative class action against her employer, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the "Port Authority"), alleging that the Port Authority has engaged in a practice of filming its employees' private medical examinations without their knowledge or consent. Talarico claims that this alleged practice violates the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution, as well as the analogous guarantees of the New York State Constitution, and she seeks individual and class-wide relief pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §…
