Plaintiff, Ann Lane Smith, instituted this suit under Article 2315 LSA-C.C. to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been received from the defendant, Roy Parker, as a result of an encounter between them in front of the A. & P. store in the City of Minden, Louisiana.
