Appellant was convicted of seduction, and his punishment assessed at two years’ confinement in the penitentiary.

[1] The first contention of appellant is that the court erred in overruling his motion for a continuance. In this motion he states he expects to prove by Sherman Hale that on one occasion he slept with the prosecutrix, Miss Mary Hale, and during said night had sexual intercourse with Miss Hale, and had had intercourse with her on various occasions prior to the time of the alleged seduction.
