Defendants Westdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (“West LB”), Bayerische Landesbank Girozentrale, Hessische Landesbank Girozentrale, Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz und Saar International SA, and Dresdner Bank AG (collectively, the “Banks”) and defendants Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing GmbH (“DAL”), DAL Multi-' national Leasing GmbH (“DALM”), N.P.
