TALIAPERRO, Judge.

Relator was elected a member of the School Board of Webster Parish, Ward 4, at the general election held on November 8, 1932. A commission issued to him therefor by the Governor on December 9th, and he promptly qualified by taking the oath of office, attended, and participated in the proceedings of a call meeting of the board held on December 9th. He was then recognized as a member of the board and allowed to freely function as such in its deliberations.
