Complainant and defendant were both born and reared in Hawkins county, this State. On the 23d of January, 1913, they went to Asheville, N.- C., and were married, returning to the home of the husband’s parent, where they lived until shortly before their separation. On December 12, 1913, a girl child was born to them. Shortly after the birth of this child, on the 20th of December, 1913, they separated.
