Subsequent to the Court’s decision herein on February 18,1982, 532 F.Supp. 774, various claims were raised as to the ultimate question of liability and coverage provided under the primary protection and indemnity policy and excess liability policy issued to John J. Bordlee Contractors, Inc. 1 This matter was reopened for the limited purpose of deciding such claims.
