WICKER, District Judge.
This is a suit to recover damages to an offshore pipeline caused by the anchor of a vessel.
Plaintiff Natural Gas Pipeline Co. [“NGPL”] and its subrogated builders’ risk underwriters sued the M/V MR. OFFSHORE, Ocean Boat Company [“Ocean Boat”], Subsea International [“Subsea”], and Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London [“Lloyd’s”], the excess liability insurers of Subsea and Ocean Boat, for damage to NGPL’s pipeline.
