This is an appeal by defendants, Guy P. Burnett and Martha E. Burnett, his wife, from a final judgment of the district court of Missoula County following that court’s denial of defendants’ exceptions and motion to amend the findings of fact and conclusions of law. The case was tried by the court without a jury. Judgment was entered wherein the court found that the plaintiff, Robert Larson, had acquired a nonexclusive easement for road purposes over certain land owned by defendants.
