On June 21, 1990, plaintiff Mt. Zion State Bank & Trust brought suit in the circuit court of Moultrie Comity (1) against defendant Adam Lime, Inc. (ALI), for breach of a contract to purchase real estate; and (2) against defendants Lendon Weaver and Larry Edwards for breach of personal guarantees for performance by ALI of its obligations on that contract.
