The resolution of this wrongful arrest of vessel action requires a sole determination: whether Defendant Dantzler, Inc. (“Dant-zler”) honestly sought and acted reasonably upon the advice of counsel in good faith when it arrested a vessel in Brazil pursuant to a court order issued by a competent Brazilian Court.
